Gratitude

I so look forward to time with Elizabeth, whether it’s an individual session or a sweet half hour of pure relaxation, in a shared online group.  Knowing that I am entering a space held by Elizabeth, means an invitation for me to pause and find deep quiet inside and out. As I listen to Elizabeth’s soothing words, I breathe into the request that I “sense an area”, soften it, and move to the next area that may need my attention. I love that now I can bring a level of ease and comfort into my day.

I have been taking Elizabeth’s Alexander Technique classes for a few years.  I have been diagnosed with Osteopenia and have to be careful with how I move.  Her class has taught me how to move with ease and how to be aware of what my body can do. Her gentle approach is another asset to her class.  I highly recommend attending her class. Your body will thank you for it.
